The service call fee is the price to examine and diagnose problem(s) with the appliance based on the symptoms the appliance is having, and provide an estimate with parts (if needed) and labor to repair / service the issue(s).
WE CHARGE A SEPARATE SERVICE CALL FEE FOR EACH APPLIANCE WE EXAMINE AND DIAGNOSE. THE SERVICE CALL FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE SERVICE CALL FEE SHALL BE COLLECTED FROM THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO, OR AT THE TIME OF THE INITIAL VISIT.
We collect payment upon completion of the job we might require a deposit if repairs require a part order the deposited amount and service call will apply toward the repair.
Our appointments have a 2-4 hour window. All appointments are set based on the earliest availability. Part installation appointments are not scheduled until the parts have arrived.
An estimate is valid for 30 days. The customer is responsible for reviewing the entire estimate with the technician before signing. The customer signature indicates approval and complete agreement with having the repair performed at the price quoted.
Our technicians carry the most commonly required parts to perform a repair. There are times when parts will need to be ordered and a deposit we be required. Orders for parts are placed within 24-48 hours upon estimate approval. Depending upon part availability, most parts arrive between 1-5 business days. Upon receiving the part, the customer will be contacted to schedule the part installation.
Any cancellation is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds can take 2-4 weeks to process. No refunds on special order parts.
We guarantee our workmanship for up to 90 days from the original service date. This warranty does not include work beyond the scope of the original service. The warranty is not transferable, and the warranty is void if further attempts at repair or change of parts are made by someone other than a service provider authorized by Appliance Repair Pros LLC; or, if the customer fails to properly maintain the appliance.
Parts have a manufacturer’s warranty which can vary but typically range from 90 days-One year from the purchase date. There is no warranty for broken parts, parts no longer in use, chemical liquids, filters, access valves or any sort of wiring mechanisms.
Replacement Parts generally are readily available. However, special order items can require additional time and will require an advanced payment from the customer.
